How do I schedule a pickup and what are the costs?
Log in to your account, select your service type (laundry or dry cleaning), and choose your preferred pickup and delivery times. Costs vary by service frequency: $1.85/lb for as-needed service and $1.75/lb on a weekly or biweekly schedule. Additional options such as detergent and softener type are available for an extra fee.
How can I set a regular schedule for pickups and manage special preferences?
You can opt for one-time, weekly, biweekly, or every 4 weeks pickups. Specify any laundry preferences or special instructions during the ordering process under 'Preferences/Special Instructions'.
What payment methods are accepted and are there any discounts for new customers?
